PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed board inspection device capable of giving a proper tension to a belt to transport a printed circuit board, allowing easy belt replacement, and sensible for a belt severance. SOLUTION: A rotary arm 37 rotates round a shaft 37a, and a coil spring 38 gives a tension to a belt 24 through a tension roller 36a in the condition displaced to one side from the shaft 37a as reference. When the belt 24 severs, the arm 37 touches an actuating piece 39a of a sensor 39 with the energizing force of the coil spring 38, and belt severance is sensed. When the arm 37 is displaced to the other side, the coil spring 38 makes energization in the direction the arm 37 relieves the tension of the belt 24. This allows easy setting and removal of the belt 24.
