PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject turning-over device capable of being easily and simply adapted even to a patient different in form to enable the patient to perform as comfortable turning-over operation as possible. SOLUTION: One set of two single air mat members 11a, 11b, which have mat air chambers 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b, 15a, 15b respectively set to large, medium and small internal volumes at evry required planar widths arranged thereto from one side parts thereof to the other side parts thereof in the longitudinal direction thereof so as to be able to communicate with each other, are superposed one upon another so as to be shifted left and right in the width direction thereof corresponding to the form of a user on the side of the mat air chambers 15a, 15b having small planar width and joined in a freely detachable manner to constitute a laying bed air mat 10 and a required amount of air is supplied to the mat air chambers (e.g.; 13a, 14a, 15a) of either one of the left and right single air mat members 11a, 11b under pressure not only to fill and expand the mat air chambers but also to remove the air pressure from the mat air chambers (e.g.; 13b, 14b, 15b) of the other one of the single air mat members.
