PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk-based beverage that enables the beverage drinkers to readily take active ingredients in vegetables, muscovado, lemon with increased storability, as the vegetables are powdered and the objective beverage can be readily prepared. SOLUTION: A mixture of 4-10 g of powdery Komatsuna (Brassica var. rapa), 15-30 g of powdery muscovado, a sweetener, 3-10 g of powdery lemon are mixed and contained in a stick capsule. A mixture of 2-5 g of powdery Komatsuna (Brassica var. rapa), 2-5 g of a powdery mixture of spinach molokheiya, parsley, watercress and eggplant, 15-30 g of muscovado, a sweetener, 3-10 g of powdery lemon are mixed and contained in a stick capsule. In addition, these vegetable powder mixture is dissolved or dispersed in cow milk to about 400 cc volume or in skim milk and water to about 380 cc to give the objective vegetable beverage. |
