PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact container capable of taking out a pack filled with cosmetics to the underface of an inner lid pivoted to a container body so as to rise and fall without directly storing powdered cosmetics into the container body of the compact container and taking out the cosmetics in the pack little by little into the container body to use the cosmetics taken out. SOLUTION: An inner lid 11 is pivoted to the upper part of the peripheral wall of a container body 1, and a pack 21 filled with cosmetics is fitted to the underface of the inner lid to be vertically movable in such a state that the inner lid is erected. The lower part of the pack is provided so as to be positioned in the container body when the pack is lowered to the lower limit. By giving a shock in such a state, the cosmetic is fed in the container body from a small hole 24 formed at the lower peripheral wall of the pack.
