PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free-access floor structure which prevents floating of a free access floor panel and an adjusting stage member, to thereby enhance reliability thereof. SOLUTION: This free-access floor structure is provided with a free access floor panel 14 and a panel support member 32 which supports the same. The panel support member 32 has an adjusting stage member 24 and a support leg member. The adjusting stage member 24 includes a mounting stage 26, having a corner portion of the free access floor panel 14 mounted thereon and a cylindrical portion 28, arranged under the mounting stage 26. The support leg member is erected rigidity on a concrete floor surface 10 of a building structure, to thereby support the adjusting stage member 24 at its upper end so as to adjust the height of the adjustable stage member 24. Furthermore, an annular groove portion 40a is formed in a screw rod member 40 of the support leg member in the shaft rotating direction, and a screw hole 28a is formed in the cylindrical portion 28 of the adjusting stage member 24, into which a male screw member is screw-fitted with its front end being engaged with the groove portion 40a.
