PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fluorine-containing polymer molding material reduced in the elution amount of a metal of a molding member. SOLUTION: Pellets comprising a fluorine-containing polymer molding material are fluorinated to stabilize the molecular terminal of the molding material and the fluorinated pellets are washed to reduce the elution amount of a metal from the pellets by 20% or more as compared with that before washing.
