PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a low-fat and high-protein food that is good for diet and beauty, by forming the meat of dried walleye pollack into a fluff state followed by adding fruit juice sauce containing agar to the fluffed pollack. CONSTITUTION: The food using dried walleye pollack is prepared by: i) grinding the meat of dried walleye pollack by a mixer or forming it into a fluff state by rubbing the pollack; ii) including agar 0.2g in tomato juice 20g, boiling the mixture, and cooling it to 60-70deg.C for making fruit juice sauce containing agar; and iii) mixing the fluffed pollack with the fruit juice sauce to obtain a gel-type food. |
