PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing head relative component of the surface having a long lifetime, more excellent wear resistance, thermal impact resistance, thermal fatigue resistance and impact resistance in an injection molding machine or extrusion molding machine than those of the surface of the pressurizing head relative component of a conventional injection molding machine or extrusion molding machine. SOLUTION: A nitrogen diffusion layer having excellent adhesive properties with a steel base layer is formed on the surface of the pressurized head relative component by using a lustering nitrogen diffusing method, and a ceramic layer of a CrN, a TiN or the like having excellent wear resistance and a high hardness is formed on the surface of the diffusion layer by using an AIP method. |
