PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cork resin sheet wherein a cork particle of a large particle size than a thickness of a product to be obtained is smoothly arranged, and a texture peculiar to cork and a cork pattern are emphasized. SOLUTION: For a cork resin sheet obtained by kneading and rolling a depressed cork sheet and a synthetic resin, a flat cork particle comprising the depressed cork sheet is dispersed and horizontally arranged.
