PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for carrying or storing luggage whose closely attach able characteristic is always in the best condition preventing the luggage from being dropped or shifted while using a luggage carrying base usually produced. SOLUTION: After closely attachable sheet 30 is laid freely removable on the top face of a luggage carrying base 20 usually used, luggage 10 is placed on the top of the sheet 30. By utilizing the adhesion of the sheet 30, the luggage 10 is prevented from being dropped or displaced.
