PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method for reducing the quantity of jelly fish to be treated. SOLUTION: The decreasing of the quantity of jelly fish is achieved by putting the jelly fish in the high osmotic pressure environment such as salts or a concentrated sea water. For example, the salts or concentrated sea water are used as the high osmotic pressure environment.
