PURPOSE: An extruding device and its method form a zigzagged protrusion on the upper surface of a band. CONSTITUTION: An extruding device comprises a first extruder and a second extruder. The first extruder includes a first metal mold(3) having a first passage connecting an inlet(17) and an outlet(14) to extrude an extrusion and a second passage(9) having one end connected with an upper hole(10) formed near the outlet(14) and the other end connected with a side hole(8) communicating with the outside. The second extruder has a second metal mold(4) having a nozzle(15) fixed to the side hole(8) so that extruded material is extruded through the upper hole(10) to adhere to the surface of the extrusion extruded from the outlet(14) to form various patterns as the extruded material is extruded from the nozzle(15) in high speed.
