PURPOSE: An electric boiler uses low-priced power serviced in midnight to heat efficiently and has reduced size. CONSTITUTION: A boiler comprises an outer tank(6), an inner tank(8) and a water supply pipe(10). The outer tank(6) stores water inside. The inner tank(8) is placed in the outer tank(6) and has heat carrier(2) packed inside, a heater on one side and heat exchangers(12, 14). The heat carrier(2) stores heat generated by the electric heater and can be salt for salt bath, oil for heat treatment or engine oil of a car to reduce pollution. The water supply pipe(10) supplies water to the outer tank(6) and the heat exchangers(12, 14) of the inner tank(8). Water stored in the outer tank(6) or supplied through the water supply pipe(10) is circulated in the heat exchangers(12, 14) and supplied to the outer water pipe or a heating pipeline.
