A procedure for the laying of a number of cables in the ground, has a block system with integrated empty pipes (2) for different leads buried in an excavation. The block system is designed also for communication leads and/or communications cable. The connection of several blocks with one another is designed by pushing together the blocks of the block system. For the connection of the blocks, a trench is excavated, adapted to the data/width of the blocks of the block system. The trench is filled immediately after the laying of the block.
