PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate stacking device capable of stacking plates in order while preventing the formation of flaws in them. SOLUTION: A fork 33 is moved up and down by a vertical moving means 17 to pick a product P after work onto a conveying member 33 of the fork 33, and the fork 33 is moved above a stacking carriage 17 by a horizontal moving means 13, so the product P is stacked on the stacking carriage 17. At this time, the fork 33 is retracted, while the conveying member 33 is advanced in the direction opposite to it at the same speed with retracting speed of the fork 33, so the product P is dropped onto the stacking carriage 17 to be stacked.
