PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp reflecting plate which draws out the light emitted to the back surface of a lamp to the surface of paper by the reflection number of times of twice or less and may be reduced in width. SOLUTION: A lamp reflecting plate for reflecting the light emitted to the back surface or side surface of a lamp 30 to an irradiation surface 33 is equipped with back surface reflecting plates 41a, 41b provided on the back surface side of the lamp 30 to reflect the lights 31a, 31b emitted to the back surface of the lamp 30 to the side surface of the lamp 30, back surface/side surface reflecting plates 42a, 42b provided on the side surface side of the lamp 30 on the back surface side thereof to reflect the lights which are reflected from the back surface reflecting plates to the irradiation surface and side surface reflecting plates 43a, 43b provided on the side surface side of the lamp 30 to reflect the lights 32a, 32b emitted to the side surface of the lamp to the irradiation surface 33.
