STRUCTURE OF BUILDING OPENING USING RESIN SASH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure of a building opening using a resin sash, constituted not to wet the surrounding part with dew condensate and realizing it with simple structure. SOLUTION: The indoor side lower part of a resin sash provided at a building window opening, is provided with a dew condensate receiver 3 for receiving dew condensate generated at the sash 1. A recess 6 of the receiver 3 is formed of a recess surrounded around without having a dew condensate drain part.
