PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry and unload a traffic sign without damaging it, and easily perform the work of the loading and unloading or the like even by one worker. SOLUTION: A lower end-holding section 3 extends along the upper surface of a pedestal 2, and the lower end-holding section 3 is fixed to the pedestal 2 while leaving an interval to the pedestal 2, in which the lower end of a traffic sign can be inserted. An intermediate supporting section 4 extends along the upper surface of the pedestal 2 in parallel with the lower end-holding section 3, while keeping an interval from the lower end-holding section 3, and is fixed to the pedestal 2 in such a manner that an intermediate section of the traffic sign can be supported. A plurality of lower end-holding springs are provided in a manner to be aligned along the lower end-holding section 3 so that the base ends can be fixed to the lower end-holding section 3, and the springs may extend from the lower end-holding section 3 to the pedestal 2 side, and then, may be folded back, and the free ends may be away from the base ends and extend to the lower end-holding section 3 side. Two adjacent lower end-holding springs are arranged while leaving an interval so that the lower end of the traffic sign can be elastically held.
