PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide fastener which has a sufficient strength and can solve environmental problems at in the recycling of waste synthetic resins, recycled products are used only in an application where strength is not required and slide fasteners are opened and closed frequently. SOLUTION: The slide fastener includes elements 23 made of a polyester, a tape 21 made of a polyester, and a slider 22 for engaging and disengaging the elements 23, in pairs. At least the elements 23 and tape 21 contain recycled polyester resins, and the element 23 contains virgin polyester resins.
