PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intruder detecting device that can separate and detect an intruder, a small animal, etc., from image data picked up by a camera by a simple image recognizing means. SOLUTION: This intruder detecting device is constituted of an image pickup means 1, A/D 2, an image storage means 3 to circularly store the image data, a zone setting means 4 to set a recognizing object zone, a differential arithmetic part 5 to calculate and output differential image data between background image data and presently monitored image data, an obstacle map generating means 6 to generate a map of obstacles, an abnormal shape extracting means 7 to extract an abnormal shape, an intruder position detecting means 8 to detect positional data of the intruder, an actual shape extracting means 9 to extract actual shape data by performing correcting operation of an abnormal shape, an intruding object and person judging part 10 to judge the intruder and an intruder judging part 10, etc. |
