SOLUTION: A waste water treatment apparatus is equipped with a waste water treatment tank housing metal-containing waste water, the semicylindrical anode arranged so as to be immersed in this waste water, the drum-shaped cathode partially immersed in the waste water so as to be opposed to the anode at a predetermined interval in a rotatable manner, a scraper peeling the precipitate on the cathode to recover the same and a waste water stirring means.
