PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display environmental load reducing effect so as to evaluate it at a glance. SOLUTION: A sensor measuring an environmental load index factor is arranged in an environmental load reduction treated area, while a sensor measuring an environmental index factor is arranged in an environmental load reduction untreated area. Measurement data measured by means of the respective sensors are taken into a computer 7 so that the environmental load reduction treated condition is graphically displayed on a display 8 connected to the computer 7 and a measurement value is displayed in the position matching the sensor installation position, while the environmental load reduction untreated condition is displayed graphically and a measurement value is displayed in the position matching the sensor installation position. In this way, a cumulative value of the environmental load index factors based on the environmental load reduction treated process is displayed as a relative value to a cumulative value of the environmental load index factors based on the environmental load reduction untreated process or that in the environmental load reduction untreated time.
