PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system greatly influencing future earthquake countermeasures of earthquake-frequented Japan, capable of preventing a secondary fire from an underground buried pipe even when the buried pipe is fractured during a large earthquake disaster and having gas usable just by inspecting piping in a building by installing a gas storage tank in a building foundation, and enabling females and older people to easily perform gas filling for an oncoming aging society by simplifying filling work. SOLUTION: The gas filling and feeding is stabilized by separating the gas storage tank and a gas filling hole, and the filling work is simplified by coaxially providing a filling hose.
