PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle plate of a high printing quality, having an FEP ink repellent film, with a nozzle hole process applied highly accurately using an excimer laser. SOLUTION: A nozzle plate for an ink-jet head having an ink repellent film formed by applying a tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer (FEP) dispersion liquid on a nozzle plate substrate made of a polyimide, attaching an adhesive sheet on the applied surface, directing an excimer laser so as to form a nozzle hole, peeling off the adhesive sheet, and applying a thermal treatment, is provided.
