PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct and fix an electrolytic protection device for the inside surface of the steel tank, such as crude oil storage tank or tanker, to the bottom longeron of the steel tank by simple means without relying on welding. SOLUTION: This device has L-shaped supporting fittings 3 which are integrally cast together with an arbor 2 into an anodic body of a square shape in cross section having a required length and are pendently disposed from both ends of the arbor 2 and an L-shaped contact fitting 4 which is pendently disposed from the central part of the arbor 2, has a perpendicular piece 4a shorter than the perpendicular pieces 3a of the supporting fittings 3 and is penetrated and screwed with a lock bolt 4d at a horizontal piece 4b thereof. The horizontal pieces 4b of the supporting fittings 3 at both ends are inserted into the rear surface of the upper flange 5a of the bottom longeron 5 of the steel tank and the horizontal piece 4b of the contact fitting 4 in the central part is pressed to the front surface of the upper flange 5a. The lock bolt 4d of the horizontal piece 4b of the contact fitting 4 is tightened to conduct and fix the anodic body 1 to the upper flange 5a. |
