The first network part (1) of the arrangement forms a network core which functions as common network resource and works unactivated by the second part (2) which is specific for different connected network types. The network core consists of three different plans, i.e. a service plan, a traffic control plan and a transport plan. The traffic control plan comprises a logical plan where, for example, routing algorithms, analysis machines and mechanism for charging are located, the transport plan is broadband-independent and takes care of all coupling, marshalling and protective changeover and the service plan contains number conversion functions, personal mobility, voice communication box, video, etc. The traffic control plan contains local control functions, service control functions, transit control functions and transport control functions. The functions have reciprocal communication possibilities with other plans and its internal functions or parts. The transport plan incorporates transport nodes, access transport nodes and flexible communication within and out to other plans. |
