PURPOSE:To provide a method for packing ingredients with accurate weight in a frame container without the need for hands in the process for packing them in the pretreatment of lyophilized solid 'MISO' soup or other soup. CONSTITUTION:Prepared ingredients mixed in advance is incorporated with a solution of a thickening agent such as dextrin, starch, gelatin, xanthan gum, gum guaiac or pectin, and a plastic frame container is then packed with a specified amount of the resultant mixture using a packing machine and subsequently packed with prepared concentrated 'MISO' soup or another soup followed by freezing and then lyophilization by a conventional means through expelling the water contained under a vacuum. |
