PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical record system capable of displaying the clinical examination result easily to be comprehended. SOLUTION: This system has a relational storage means for storing an examination item code specifying the examination item of each of clinical examinations, an examination item name corresponding to the examination item code, a group resulting from dividing examination items into groups and name of each of groups, a data storage means for storing examination data concerning the examination item code and the examination item and a display means for displaying respective examination data together with the group name and the examination item name by groups while making the data correspond to respective examination items in that group and since the examination items are collected into a group and displayed while adding the group name thereto, the examination result can be displayed to be easily comprehended by a user. |
