PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing load of a route guide device. SOLUTION: In an information center 20, the information effective section length of a plurality of on-vehicle devices 30 is adjusted and decided in an information-effective-section-length decision part 22 which decides the information effective section length of route guide information, route guide information on the decided information effective section length is generated in a route-guide- information generation part 21, and the information is transmitted from a radio communication part 24. Thereby, the next transmitting timing of the route guide information is dispersed. |
