PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting conversion connector that can easily and inexpensively cope with change of terminal array in mutual connectors to be connected, by replacing a portion of parts. SOLUTION: The connector comprises a connector housing 15 having a board inserting window 15d communicating to a space 15c between an input terminal receiving part 15a and an output terminal receiving part 15a, and a circuit replacing board 19 fitted into the board inserting window 15d. The circuit replacing board 19 includes an input side circuit part 19a mounted with an input side conductor 21 contacting to an input connecting terminals 13, an output side circuit part 19b mounted with an output side conductor 23 contacting to output connecting terminals 17, and a conversion circuit 25 communicating the input side conductor 21 with the output side conductor 23 for determining a connecting relation between the input connecting terminals 13 and the output connecting terminals 17.
