IC CARD VIEWER AND IC CARD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a person who has no specific authority other than being a driver to read out the contents of an IC card to be used for automatic tall reception at a tall road. SOLUTION: A viewer which does not require certification of an IC card is prepared, so as to read out only the information which are not required to be concealed.
