INFORMATION FILTERING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information filtering system in which a user transmits desired data from among multimedia data received in digital broadcasting to a portable terminal. SOLUTION: This system consists of a means 20 receiving broadcast program data and program related data broadcasted in a digital signal form and the portable terminal 30 capable of receiving the data from the receiving means 20. The means 20 is provided with a user request extracting means 40, a filtering means 50 fetching a part or all of the received broadcast program data and program related data on the basis of a user request extracted from the means 40 and a means which stores filtered data, and transfers to the terminal 30 a part or all of data stored in accordance with the type of the terminal 30.
