PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impregnating apparatus of a capacitor for feeding dry electrolytic solution smoothly to a vacuum impregnation bath through a dehydration column without using a solution feeding pump. SOLUTION: In an impregnating apparatus for a capacitor electrode, electrolytic solution in a liquid container is fed to a vacuum impregnation bath through a dehydration column under dry atmosphere. The electrolytic solution is fed smoothly to the vacuum impregnation bath, by providing a pressure gradient between the liquid container and the vacuum impregnation bath.
