PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential gear capable of strongly and stably outputting a sufficient torque even when a rotation speed of an output rotation shaft is reduced compared with the rotation speed of an input rotation shaft. SOLUTION: A differential gear comprises the input rotation shaft 2 having a main rotation member 5, a plurality of counter rotation members 6, 8, 10, 12 for sequentially transmitting rotation power of the main rotation member 5 in a state of a revolution around the axial line of the input rotation shaft 2 or a static state, and the output rotation shaft 3 including a driven rotation member 13 transmitted with a final rotation power of the counter rotation member 12. A revolution speed of the counter rotation member increases as decreasing the rotation speed of the output rotation shaft 3 comparing with the rotation speed of the input rotation shaft 2, and a part or all of these counter rotation members have an inertia force due to rotation, or a rotary or non- rotary inertia body such as a flywheel 9 or a weight for revolving and/or rotating with the counter rotation members is provided.
