HOT EXHAUST GAS TREATING APPARATUS OF HEATING COOKING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to maintenance of work environment and shortage of a cooking time. SOLUTION: A duct 13 with a built-in suction fan 15 is mounted on the upper surface of a cooking apparatus body 1. When a door 12 is brought into a half-opening state right after completion of high temperature cooking, hot air in a chamber is sucked through a suction port 17 and exhausted to an external duct 27 communicating with outside air through an exhaust port 20. This constitution prevents a worker from being exposed to high temperature hot air overflowing which accompanies opening of the door 12 and shortens a time required for ventilation since hot air in the chamber is forcibly exhausted.
