PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain powder for cosmetic having slight messy makeup and excellent touch. SOLUTION: A spherical polymer for cosmetic, treated with a fluorine-based copolymer containing (a) 5-95 wt.% of a repeating unit derived from a fluorine- based (meth)acrylate and (b) 1-50 wt.% of a repeating unit derived from a silicon-containing polymerizable compound and/or (c) 0-50 wt.% of a repeating unit derived from a non-fluorine-based monomer except the silicon-containing polymerizable compound of the component (b), is used.
