PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To laminate to a polyolefin resin or an ABS resin and to upgrade adhesive properties between sheet layers by incorporating excellent transparency and surface physical properties. SOLUTION: The injection molding in-mold decorating sheet S is constituted by sequentially laminating a decorative layer 2 made of a binder resin of a mixture of an acrylic resin and a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer or the acrylic resin and by adding a coloring agent thereto, an adhesive layer 3 made of a cured material of a two-liquid curable urethane resin cured material and a base material sheet 4 made of a polyolefin resin or an ABS resin and having an active hydrogen-containing polar functional group on the surface (the surface of the adhesive layer side) in this order on the rear surface of a front surface sheet 1 of a transparent acrylic resin.
