PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem that a human body is detected by an infrared ray sensor causing erroneous detection according to conditions in a present warm-water washing toilet stool. SOLUTION: The human body can be reliably detected by a human body detecting sensor provided with a transmitter and a receiver of radio waves. The state whether the human body sitting or standing in front of the toilet stool can be grasped, and data communication can be made by utilizing the transmitter and the receiver in this warm-water washing device.
