PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-scorched good food foamed product by controlling a space between the ring portion of a screw head and a cylinder barrel and the ratio of the space to the length of the ring portion to 1.5 to 25 and to 0.5 to 2.5 mm, respectively. SOLUTION: This screw for foods, characterized in that the (L/C) ratio of the length (L) of the ring portion (2b) on the tip screw head (2) of the screw (1) to a space (C) between the ring portion (2b) and a cylinder barrel (3) is 1.5 to 25, thus preventing the scorching and quality change of the food foamed product. |
