PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a vitality promotion food relatively inexpensively producible, having high effects on recovery of physical fitness and improvement in physical fitness regardless of sex of adult and age and no fear of medicine-induced side effect at all. SOLUTION: A granular raw material obtained by adsorbing root of Panax notoginseng on propolis is previously prepared. Guarana powder immersed in an alcohol extract packed into a container is formulated with the granule of root of Panax notoginseng adsorbed on propolis and cassava powder into a granular state. The mixture of granular guarana, root of Panax notoginseng adsorbed on propolis and cassava is formulated with Maca (a plant of the family Cruciferae) powder and capsaicin powder into a granular state to give the objective vitality promotion food. |
