PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that erroneous operation is generated or a member 52 to be detected can not be detected according to circumstances when impurities are mixed with a raw paper metal foil because the operation speed of a recent corrugator is increased and recycled regenerated paper is mainly used as raw paper of corrugated cardboard. SOLUTION: A paper splice part detecting and removing apparatus consists of the paper splice part member to be detected bonded to the paper end part of corrugated cardboard raw paper during standing by so as to straddle corrugated cardboard raw paper during running and corrugated cardboard during standing by, a paper splice part detector for detecting the paper splice part member to be detected and a control device for operationally processing the paper splice part detection signal from the paper splice part detector to issue a paper splice part removing command to an inferiority removing machine. A bonding method of the paper splice part member to be detected is provided.
