PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover preventing from causing inconveniences including the deterioration of strength and the small of the surface under a high temperature, solving problems on exposure to a high temperature. SOLUTION: The cover 1 comprises beams 5, 5', 6, 6', 7, 7' provided on the reverse of a face plate 2 and FRP reinforcing layers 10, 20 provided on junctions between the face plate 2 and each of beams, 5, 5', 6, 6', 7, 7'. A coating layer 30 having a plurality of small holes 31 is laminated on the surface of the face plate 2.
