PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film laminated with strong adhesive properties even without using a special adhesive layer such as an anchor coating or the like when a polymer gas barrier layer is to be formed on a thermoplastic resin film. SOLUTION: The laminated film comprises a thermoplastic resin film in which at least one side surface is flame plasma treated, and a polymer gas barrier layer made of any one of (1) a mixture of a partially hydrolytic polycondensate of at least one type of alkoxide selected from the group consisting of a metal alkoxide and a silicon alkoxide, (2) a reaction product of the partially hydrolytic polycondensate and a water soluble polymer and (3) a mixture of the partially hydrolytic polycondensate, the water soluble polymer and the reaction product in such a manner that the polymer gas barrier layer is laminated on the treated surface.
