PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a crack at the outside half split tube stock in bending. SOLUTION: In bending both half tube stocks 10a, 10b without causing a slip between flange parts 10c, 10d thereof taking a bending inside of the half split tube stock 10a as a reference, while the press die 25 for the inside of bending is fixed taking the half split tube stock 10a as a reference, further, while both half split tube stocks 10a, 10b are bent by a bending die 21, a split is generated to both flange parts 10c, 10d each other by extruding the other end part of the half slip tube stock 10b in the longitudinal direction so as to cancel the elongation in the longitudinal direction of the half split tube stock 10b pulled by the bending of the half split tube stock 10a to be the reference with a push die 26.
