PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide potential therapeutic equipment by which a patient does not feel irritation under any case. SOLUTION: At the entrances of respective insertion holes 2 and 3, opening/ closing lids 12 and 13 having a structure wherein the lids alternately open one by one are provided. Therefore, both of a local pen 5 and an electricity-applying sheet 6 are mechanically prevented from being inserted in respective holes 2 and 3. For example, while the electricity-applying sheet 6 is used, the plug 7 of the local pen 5 is prevented from being inserted in the insertion hole 2, and user is prevented from receiving an irritation by mistake.
