PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily releasable film capable of forming a beautiful releasing mark without stringing a sealant layer resin when released. SOLUTION: In the easily releasable film comprising a base material and a sealant layer, the sealant layer is constituted of a resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin of 100 pts.wt. and fine particles having a mean particle size of 0.05 to 20μm of 0.5 to 160 pts.wt. selected from the group consisting of organic fine particles and inorganic fine particles.
