摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for evaluating the of a food to teeth by using an objective indicator. SOLUTION: A fracture curve of the food to be tested is acquired to get a power spectrum from the fracture curve. A specific peak of the power spectrum in a desired frequency band is calculated as the evaluation indicator of feeling of crunch of the food to be tested.
