PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost linear voltage inverter that removes voltage or current pulses of carrier frequency constituents from its output. SOLUTION: Semiconductor switches 2, 3, 4, with which a positive or negative pole of a current source 1 is selectable, are connected to the output side of the current source 1 via diodes 5 to 10. Capacitors 11, 12, 13 integrates the outputs of the semiconductor switches 2, 3, 4. A semiconductor switch control circuits 14, 15, 16 detects the output voltage or current of each semiconductor switch and control the switches, in such a way that they resemble figures similar to each of the target values Sig.u, Sig.v and Sig.w. |
