PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting the deviation of a color image forming position and an image forming device using the same capable of accurately detecting an interval between patterns for detecting the deviation of color registration without causing cost rising by complicating the constitution of an electric processing circuit for processing a detection signal from a pattern detection means. SOLUTION: In the case of detecting the interval between the plural patterns for detecting the deviation of the color image forming position, a range to decide that the detected interval between the patterns is effective is made different with the interval between the patterns of the same color and that between the patterns of different colors. |
