PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the operation information of a computer system and to automatically start prescribed processing (linked processing) when any load abnormality is generated. SOLUTION: A monitor information registering means 1 registers information related with linked processing to be started when the threshold of a load monitor item and the load value of the load monitor item exceed a threshold in a monitor information registering file 2, and develops it to a monitor information table 3. An operation information capturing means 6 captures the operation information of a computer system 100, and registers it in an operation information file 7, and outputs the operation information. A load monitoring means 4 calculates the load value of the load monitor item on the basis of the operation information, and compares the load value with the threshold of the load monitor item of the monitor information table 3. A linked processing activation means 5 activated linked processing by referring to the monitor information table 3 when it is decided by the load monitoring means 4 that the load value of the load monitor item exceed the threshold.
